Today marks three months since I officially launched ItStartsWith.Us. I can honestly say that I have never been so busy in my life, with one exception: when I was working 20-hour days at a fish cannery in Alaska. But that’s a story for another time.
For now I just want to give a big thank-you to everyone who reads my articles, visits the site, and participates in discussions on Twitter. I have learned more and come farther in the last three months than I ever would have thought possible before I started. I have met a host of sincere, helpful, funny, intelligent, caring people, and I now have an instant reply for everyone who tells me that you can’t form “real” friendships online.
Yes you can.
Because of the nature of the topics I cover, I’ve been able to talk with so many people who constantly give of themselves to others. They have educated me, moved me, and inspired me to do better in my own life. To all of you, I am humbled and grateful that you’ve shared so much with me.
And finally, I want to give the biggest thanks of all to the members of the A-Team. It is absolutely incredible how much we’ve accomplished together in such a short time. Working with you guys has made me believe with all my heart that we can literally change the world. I’m in this for the long haul, and I am honored to be standing beside you as we serve others. Thank you so much.
Nate
